I used to love Lumyer
I started purchasing each effect when I needed them and then purchased the entire collection a few years back. Today I wanted to use the app and nothing opens. A message pops up that tells me to try again in a while. What’s happening?

have written on the Facebook page for this company. Please do not purchase this app, because most of the apps effects will be non-usable. Anything that is white colors is all dulled by gray tones. so basically, you have nothing to use and it appears when you’re creating something with the effects that it’s fine such as rain such as snow, other lighted effects ends up being muddy, gray dull and unusable!!!! save your money do not buy the app and after my mini complaints it is still not fixed they have not resolved the issue.

For Some Reason this app does not work
Every time I downloaded it and un downloaded it, it never has any effects at all. I really wished it did because I have used this app for a very long time off and on.

I paid for Pro
I paid for a Pro plan and still can’t see all the features. I tried uninstalling the app but it’s still the same. I don’t know what else to do.
Effects do not load
This app simply isn’t what it used to be. Unfortunately, I’m unable to recommend other options, but it would be in your best interest not to purchase. It’s a scam.

This is a great program! I have had it for more than several years. It is a great program without a doubt, in fact, one of my favorite programs for creating unique pictures to share with friends and also to use for holiday announcements on all my social media. Over the years when this first came out you purchased different actions or groups individually, purchase to remove the watermark and also purchased the ability to add one or three items to your picture at once. LOL, I go back to when all the apps were sold for $.99 and additions to your apps were priced about the same .99 to 3.99 and these were all lifetime purchases. There were no weekly, monthly yearly rentals purchased. Imagine my surprise when I opened the program and suddenly found that I only had about six items that I could add to a picture and when I hit restore, it did nothing. I’ve been reading the reviews and to be quite honest the help that the creators are giving is not helpful at all. Apple App Store. History only goes back so far and that has not been helpful at all, and even if you can gather that information to furnished for reimbursement it’s really not worth the effort. Only because this has been such a great program will I re-purchase. I’m very upset with the creators and think this is a shotty way to do app development and take care of your customers. Hopefully I will at least get another four or five years out of the program before they pull this stunt again and by that time, I probably won’t renew it anyway.

You charged me for this app, even after I went thru Apple to request a refund! It does not work and won’t let me choose any effects. It keeps telling me to try back later.
Not able to use after update
This rating is true…After update it’s horrible u notice every filter with dark shadow very noticeable everything I use it on looks terrible please fix it I use this almost everyday now it’s horrible can’t use it

Is anyone else having an issue with trying to open different effects to add the to your acct. Mine keeps saying error, unable to search effects. Try again later. If I can’t get to the effects, there is no sense in keeping the app.
Stopped working
I originally bought this app on Google Play and it was removed and stopped being supported by Goggle play and lost subscription.
I then bought a subscription for iPad and it worked for a while and has now stopped working.
I have contacted Luymer several times and they have never replied to my inquiries.
I am not impressed!
