Stopped Working

Used Luna with a monthly subscription for some time but as of late it’s become basically useless. I contacted support over a week ago to keep being told to reload etc which made no difference. Finally after 2 weeks I’m told they’re not supporting this app on iOS and they have a new app called Mona which is not useable unless a sms is sent to the recipient. So I’ve cancelled my subscription after still not getting an explanation from support why it doesn’t work anymore

Please Don’t get this

For one, This app Requires a Subscription. If you do pay for it, then your account is getting flamed secondly IT DOES NOT WORK

Does not track

This app no longer works, does not send notifications for contact coming online and does not track anyone that has hid their online status. Save your money as you won’t be able to get it back and the help they give does not work, it’s just to stall.

I thankfully Luna team for this detailed application. And whenever I had a question or a problem, they answered and helped me at any hour during the day or night
This app helps me and makes my worries calm down When Luna gives me a notification, I feel there is no reason to worry

Waste of time and money

Don’t bother installing this app. It does not work ! There are other options available that will work straight away. It has been weeks and these guys have not been able to get the app to work. Stay away

Hello, first of all, it was the application that I used all the time. I had trouble last month and my subscription was gone for nothing. I contacted via Gmail and got instant replies. They made up for my wasted subscription. Thank you so much.
