Can’t cancel subscription
I subscribed for the free trial and canceled it before it was due, and it keeps trying to charge my card and I cannot cancel it no matter what I do. Thanks to this. I can’t download any apps unless I continue to pay for the subscription though it was canceled. This app traps you with their subscription. Would not recommend.

Moon Compatibility is false
My partner and I have been together for years and I already know what phases of the moon we were both born under. This app says we were born under the same moon phase and that is incorrect. Take everything else that is offered with a grain of salt, as it seems to not be completely accurate information.

I was shocked to see the Russian flag shown for Mariupol. This is factually wrong. Mariupol is a Ukrainian city, and presenting it as Russia is misleading and unacceptable. Fix this error.

They make you “subscribe” before you see anything saying you have a three day trial but they instantly take the money from your account. There is no CS so that you can dispute. I wouldn’t even download.

This app SCAMS you, I signed up for a free trial and this enrolled me with no notification into a weekly subscription, no notification that my trial ended ( I have auto enrollment off so they bypassed this), it didn’t enroll me a real membership had started and in 3 weeks took 30$ for me, it’s ridiculous that Apple won’t refund my claims over this scam of an app. The app developer fights to keep the money they stole from you.

everything is behind a paywall, also the main ad they use to get people to install the app (the moon compatibility) is also behind a paywall. lowkey crazy that that’s their main promotional campaign but you can’t even access it
