App stopped working.

No response from app support. My subscription amount wasted! Dont download. I tried multiple times sending mails from in app support but mails not sent in my sent items. But only getting pop up request sent. I have sent more than 20 emails. I need this to be addressed asap. Give me a mail id i can write to.
