Very bad sevice and app

Even after getting order confirmation by email and message, they are saying they have not received order. Extremely weired system and app. Very dissepointing and untrustworthy system.

A good concept, needs better execution

Good concept, needs better execution. App keeps stating it needs update, and crashes, but no update? No idea what is on the menu until it’s served. If there was at least an idea of what was served you can choose what days to buy meals. Otherwise it’s a gamble and you end up getting something you dislike. Deliveries are not every day, so it’s a gamble if you get lunch. Seems like the focus is on large corporate business.

What are Lunchwale's delivery hours and days?

Lunchwale delivers daily between 11 am and 1:15 pm, Monday to Friday. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

How do I pick up my Lunchwale order?

Orders are grab-and-go and must be picked up directly in front of the main office building entrance or at the designated pickup point. You will receive a text message 5-10 minutes before your order arrives.

What happens if I miss my Lunchwale delivery?

If you are unable to pick up your order, it will be left at the reception area or a convenient spot, and a concierge service charge of $1 per lunch box will be applied. It is the customer's responsibility to check delivery status by calling or texting 424-523-9000 if a text message is not received.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my Lunchwale order?

Orders, once placed or delivered, cannot be canceled or taken back, and there will be no refund of money.

What is the minimum order for repeat customers on Lunchwale?

Repeat customers must order a minimum of 5 lunches with deferred deliveries. You can prepay for 5 lunches and redeem them by texting '1V' for one Veg Meal or '1N' for one Non-Veg meal before 10 am.
