Your LED mask, honestly measured. Light therapy — pick your mask from 34 devices, from Omnilux, CurrentBody and Dr Dennis Gross to Therabody, Foreo, Panacea and Aduro, and Luni suggests how long and how often for the red programmes. Never longer than your own device allows: if the maker says three minutes, Luni says three minutes. What it won't do is invent numbers. Light-output figures on box and website are unregulated marketing claims, so Luni never calculates a dose from them. Blue programmes are quoted from the manufacturer rather than written by us. Colours with no real evidence get no schedule at all — log them if you like, but we won't pretend. Fitted around the routine you already have. Luni is what put your retinoid at night, so it tells you where a session belongs: your recovery nights if you're skin cycling, or the morning if actives run most evenings. Always on clean, bare skin. A few safety questions first — free, always. Some answers mean Luni won't plan sessions for you and will point you to a clinician instead. It will never tell you that you're cleared to go ahead. Then track it: your week's rhythm, an honest note on how early you still are, and an optional reminder that quotes your device's own protocol and goes quiet once you've done enough for the week. More is not better. Mask not in the list? Log it anyway, and ask us to add it. Eye care, redesigned — the eye area now opens with your own score and the pillars your routine covers, followed by an honest progress section: each concern has its own window, and Luni tells you when it's actually fair to judge rather than pretending week one means anything. Product history that remembers — removing a finished product from your shelf no longer erases it from your history. Those are two separate choices now. Your own score on finished products — the finish survey asks five quick questions and suggests a score you can accept or set yourself. Also: real product photos in your shelf and history lists, and a new Learn note on what the 2026 peptide research actually shows.
