App funktioniert nicht, Lieferadresse lässt sich nicht auswählen. Beim Telefon nur AB erreichbar, der auf die App ist. Tja, so bekommt man keine Kundschaft.

Die App an sich, finde ich gut gemacht. Aber warum wurde beim Bezahlvorgang die Möglichkeit von "Bezahlung bei Abholung" entfernt und leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, die gesammelten Punkte direkt bei der Bestellung einzulösen.

Dennoch hab ich eine Frage, wie kann ich denn Dinge aus dem Bonussystem in der App einlösen?

Guten Abend, das ist im moment leider noch nicht möglich. Das Einlösen geht über Whatsapp (Kundenservice) mit der Gutscheinnummer. Wir hoffen das es bald dafür eine Lösung gibt, und würden uns sofort melden.
