Can’t even create a username
Like others, every name is taken even though I made it crazy with upper and lower case, numbers, special characters, etc…
Can’t get past username
Says every username I choose is taken and I know no one has my first and last name so it’s just messed up.
Unable to Even start
No matter what user name I choose, it says the name is taken. Even the most outlandish names are somehow not available. So unable to proceed and just saved myself the frustration and just deleted the app.

1 star is too high a review, -100 ⭐️would still be to high.
As per previous review, I have tried many username attempts that no-one else could have thought including number and letters randomly. So deleted app. Dont bother downloading, you can’t use it!

I have tried to creat a username about 500 different ones and all of them are used it sucks I can’t get on at all

Can’t even sign up to use app
I downloaded this app to help me with my lupus and everything. When I go to set it up all the usernames are already used. I have a very hard time believing that I have tried things nobody would ever use. So it’s not even worth downloading
Already hit a stumbling block
Every user name I’m putting in and it tells me it’s being used!?
Error when creating login
I have tried so many combinations of my name, random words and letters and I can’t move past the create username screen.

I can't even set up a log in. I have tried a lot of usernames and they always say they are taken. Even just random letters.

No matter what obscure username I tried it was “already in use” I’m not buying it. I’ll try another app.
Quits
On iOS the app quits whenever I try to add some meds

This app needs to be updated. I’ve removed a medication from my list a month ago and it still pops up on my daily medications. Medication list needs to be updated. Takes forever to load, very slow.
Worked great then....
Used the app daily as I created a new rhythm of needing to take medications throughout my day, enjoyed logging also how I was feeling because a lot can change from appointment to appointment. Then, I wen’t to log my information and everything was gone. No medication records, all logs were gone and conversations were gone. It’s like the app reset except for the alarm to remind me to take my meds. Perplexed.

Medication reminder problems
Seemed like this would be a great all in one app so I deleted my other medication reminder app. Well after two days I reinstalled and went back to the other app.
The first annoyance - daylight savings. My med time is 8:30 am and 8:30 pm. After daylight saving it was buzzing at me at 7:30!! It even changed the reminder time to 7:30!! I couldn’t fix it so I deleted the med reminder and then put it back in. I thought it was working. I was wrong. I took my 8:30 pm med and clicked as taken. Five minutes later “you need to take your medication”. I just took it!! And told you I took it!!
Anyways, I’ll keep the app for the other lupus info and the forums on it. But I will not be trusting it as a medication reminder!
