I gave clear images, clear descriptions of the promo that I want marketed.
The results were misbranded items, broken English in the promo and the discounts information is completely wrong.
I’m wanting to know if they will pay me now for my time in trusting what they represented.
I’d love this to work properly. 🙌

Hi there, we're really sorry for the frustration this has caused; that's the last thing we want for our users. We'd like to clarify how subscriptions work so we can help you resolve this: all subscriptions for Banana Art are processed and managed directly through your Apple ID, not through our app. This means cancellations also need to be done on Apple's side. Here's how: 1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad 2. Tap your name at the top 3. Tap Subscriptions 4. Select Banana Art 5. Tap Cancel Subscription Once cancelled, you won't be charged again at your next renewal. If you need any help along the way, please email us at support@thekmobile.com and our team will personally walk you through it. We really appreciate you giving us the chance to make this right!
