FRAUDULENT APP
Do not get this app. Tried the “free trial” through their website, without even creating an account, and now I’ve been billed $19 for three straight weeks. Reached out to support and no response. Apple needs to remove this off the store.

Decided to give this app a try and signed up for the ‘free’ trial, during which I was charged a yearly subscription, which I canceled and was just going to take as a lesson learned for being a dumb-*ss. I was given a message of an auto cancel in 7days, only to be charged the weekly fee a few days later. When I emailed about the cancelation, I was offered a ‘pause’ in my subscription (which keep in mind I supposedly had a year already paid for, since they didn’t refund that fee) which I responded to with a cancel. Then a week later, another fee. Currently working through my card services to dispute and block this merchant. Please don’t waste your time, it’s a total scam!!! I would give it negative stars if I could.

Very disappointing experience. I signed up thinking I was using a free trial, but I was charged for a subscription at a much higher amount than I expected. The charge was made, but I don’t even have an active account, and when I try to access the service it asks me to pay again. I have contacted support multiple times to resolve this issue and request a refund, but I have not received any response to my emails. The billing process should be much more transparent, and customers should not be charged without clear access to the service or proper support.

They will tell you it’s free for one week but it’s a lie!!! They will charge you for a whole year in a second !!!! Do not fall for this scammer app!!!!
