Clunky App

Feels very much a Beta version. Biometric log in does not always work and resets.
Can’t go back to change anything and have to start from scratch.
Some questions are not clearly defined leaving them open to interpretation.

Flaws

The main issue is adding measurements after the morning. Sometimes I have to write them down. Sadly you can’t then enter them later that day. If people are working it’s not very user friendly

Asif

I think moving forward great idea regular home readings great job

Much easier & user friendly APP

Good App - Really Complex to Access

The app works well in terms of monitoring blood pressure, apart from the fact that you end up with multi factor authentication trying to access it. MFA on an app that you are trying to enter data into regular basis just drives my blood pressure up!

I have tried to set up finger print access multiple times!

Body Care

At this stage as I age, I know I am deteriorating. It is good to know that any unusual body health, that my results are being monitored by medical staff. I am very thankful for this excellent health App.
Thank you for being there for me!

Awful

This really is an awful step back from Visio which was easier to use and actually worked! I think pen and paper would be better alternative to this app.

Impaired VISION

I think the system is great . The only draw back is that me, the user with impaired vision, cannot enlarge the measurement pages making it easier to insert results.

Dreadful

Very very hard to log on
Keep asking for extra reading causes more stress

No way of entering past measurements

I’ve been treated for hypertension for some years. The app is a perfectly good way of recording readings but for those of us who have previous records it’s annoying not to be able to set the date and time

Excellent

David

Excellent being able to monitor my health

Muscle app - user friendliness

Poor, not intuitive enough. On first it’s difficult to find out where to enter results

Fantastic team

I have never used the virtual ward before
What a difference to being stuck in a hospital bed
This is a good idea
Staff have been lovely
Thank you for all you have done

Just hope I am doing my readings right, never taken my own blood pressure before and some times second think it

Miss judy

I have been told I have a message. No message has been received . I am confused.

V Poor

The app appears to want to do everything for everyone and as a result does nothing well. Confusing to use and poor interoperability. Now at the point where I would rather just go to the GPs and have them take my BP or send in my readings manually.

I enjoy using Luscii

I enjoy using this Luscii app for recording my Blood Pressure. Once I got use to the app, I found it to be a fast working operation, simple, and very efficient. I have not yet moved on to using it for other purposes.

App

I love this app I know what my reading should be and it lets me know if something is wrong it’s quick and easy to use love just been able to open the app and everything is there

Blood pressure should also be properly monitored by the GP or the blood pressure nurse and not just by the individual
