This app is not functioning properly. It takes too long to load, making it nearly impossible to deposit funds or buy stocks.

My resting is ZERO.
The app doesn’t work 99.9% of the time, I don’t see the point in using a cheap app in 2025. A company like LuSe is failing to purchase a great quality app, even churches have better apps than this. It is really disappointing and goes to show what kind of company LuSe is.

After a few years since the previous app stopped working it was great to have a functional one again. Thank you!
Functionality
This app is not very functional and it seems to choose when it wants to work. This makes investing using the app fairly difficult and outright a frustrating process. Sometimes I sit down and want to deposit money into my investment account but the app will endlessly load. Going the cheap route doesn’t solve anything, it anything it takes away from people’s interest in using the app. Please find a way to revamp the user experience all together.

Typical locally developed application
Highly disappointed with this app. It never serves its true purpose. Management does even have the ability to respond to inquiries or complaints
Can’t buy shares
This app so far is functional compared to the previous one it can do everything EXCEPT the core functionality of buying shares. Which is rather pointless. Please rectify this problem.
A work in progress
If users could log in using their LuSE ID or broker ID, that would enhance security of the app. A serious capital market needs a serious app. We have to raise our standards
