Simple and easy! One problem: had to retake photo three times because app had trouble reading account numbers- but no biggie!

Doesn’t accept state checks as app can’t accommodate their format. What?! They’re “working on it. “ Very frustrating.

Horrible interaction with Lisa Farnham. Fourteen minute call. Bounced my mobile deposit for not writing for deposit only. Terrible customer service. Would not answer yes or no questions. Painful.
Easy to use
Does everything I need. One feature saved me while I had misplaced card. With App I was able to put a freeze on account without having to call.
