La app no me gusta mucho, pedí un bolso y no llegó para nada como se ve en la imagen del producto. Llegó de otro color que no fué el que seleccioné, llegó con otra asa para agarrarlo, nada como la imagen. No la recomiendo si estás buscando productos específicos. Cero estrellas en mi opinión. Payent issue
I have emailed several times after paying and suddenly no contact. I have spent $180 and cannot even have info. if my dress doesnt turn up right or at all I will tell many people about the issue to never shop here. I have also seen global reviews on how this app does not infact take refunds and basically steals your money.

I have attempted to pay for a dress 7 times and have every time ended with a fail and could not place an order. App unable to successfully place orders.
Wrong swimsuit
The swimsuit came too small not accurate to the measurements, and I got the wrong swimsuit in the mail, not the one I ordered. It took a few months to get here I’m pretty disappointed.

I ordered my wedding Dress from this app !!! DO NOT order From Kate Prom !!! The Dress does not fit I emailed to exchange for a different size never emailed me back !! Then I noticed the dress is FALLING APART !!!! This is for my wedding !!! Yes the price was right BUT NOT the product !!!! Now I have to find a different wedding dress … very disappointing when I thought this was my dream wedding dress 😭

I order some shoes for a photo shoot 3 weeks ago and still have spoken with the seller. I'm so upset cause I dont care if it is oversea business is business. This company dont care about customers' service cause you can't contact them. So taking people money and send the wrong product. You can't leave a review on there cause people will stop them from scamming Americans. All the comment are fake instead of 1 or 2. Dont say I didn't warn you.

Found a dress I wanted. Purchased the dress then tried to cancel my order and get a refund and never heard anything back from the company or the seller.
Not geared towards plus size
I wish there was a way to search by size or a plus size section. It seems like a lot of the stuff is made for thin people, and people that don’t need to wear a bra. Plus the size descriptions on almost everything are very vague.
Prom dress
I was very satisfied with my order. It took a while to get to me but when it did, my prom dress fit perfectly. I ordered from Lulla through Happy Bridal. Definitely worth it.
Horrible
I ordered a dress and it wasn’t anything like the picture or description!!! It came in a box smelling like mold and it was torn and not sewn all the way! I have contacted support 4 times now and nothing!!!! Do not order from this app!!! I want my money back!!!!!!
One big Scam
Don’t even try and hope for the best. The app is one scam. I bought a dress for $173 and it was a way different color and nobody is getting back to me for exchange or refund. So save your money and time please.
Good content terrible app
I love shopping on Lulla but I can't even shop comfortably because this app always closes. It's really annoying and I hope it gets fixed.
Terrible idea
I don't know why I would rely on such app specially on the inside stores, I got stolen $209.00 buying a dress and I've waited over 6 weeks for a reply and nothing, I can't even cancel my order and the money has already been withdrawn from my account and there's nothing I can do. Utterly disappointed and robbed.
