Excellent App
I rarely if ever review apps but this one deserves to be reviewed. Before the pandemic I worked out 4-5 days per week, for two decades. Mostly weight training. Now, 20lbs heavier, I am out of shape, and in need of finding a way back to fitness. This app is exceptional at exactly that. Gradually and in a way that’s fun. I can’t recommend it enough. Try it!
