Terrible app
I am so frustrated with this app when I insert my flash drive. After downloading all of my pictures from my iPhone and having the opportunity to add more pictures at a later date twice. Now I am no longer able to retrieve my pictures nor can I download any more. Keep getting an error message. External: open due error.path=/
When you go online and try to find a fix hundreds of people have complained about the same error message and no one seems to have a resolve. What a waste??? now I have lost my pictures that I have downloaded on the flash drive. It is so disgusting. What a rip off.

Non Dependable
Half of photos have shown up blank instead of in its original form. This app has had no update in 3 years, I hope they will invest the time to now because it’s needed immediately
App issue
It was working well for a couple of years and I use it to back up my iPad and my iPhone 13. Unfortunately, last month the app stopped recognizing my USB stick on the iPhone so I cannot back up or transfer things from my iPhone, but the app works on my iPad so that’s very weird. You guys need to update your app. Otherwise it’s good.

Useless and very upset with this app and the developers
DO NOT under any circumstances use this as you will not be able to access or retrieve your photos or videos as I had saved for the past few years it was good in the beginning but since last over a 1.5 year I have tried everything to get into my videos and photos and very very upset that I am unable to use anything - save yourself and do not use this app or its flash drives unless u want to regret it

Do not get this
Horrible app. Just randomly stops transferring photos and now I’m not even sure what’s transferred and what isn’t

How the hell do you contact support? Their manual says there is support and a warranty but no way to contact support!

App works when it wants to, at first it worked great after a couple of months it became sporadic and now it don’t work at all
Great App, but please no Local Network Access…
This is a great App., I have been using it for years. The only thing I don’t like, is the recent versions allow access to Local Network, which allows hackers to steal data from the App.
Corrupted and more
I got this in 2023 for storage space. Now all my videos are corrupted and when you scan the leaflet for ‘instructions’ your phone gets a virus! Be careful.

Bought it to easily transfer my photos out of my iphone 16, and wasted two days trying before realizing it does NOT work.

Worthless. Originally thought it was a lifesaver
A few years ago when I got this thumb drive, it required this app to save photos and videos. It seem to work fine the first time but now when I need to back up again, first would appear to be saving all the files, but when you go to open the folder there’s nothing there so troubleshooting I went ahead and deleted the app and reinstalled it
now it will transfer a file whether it’s a video or a photo but when youopen that file it is just a black image.
so it isn’t actually working making this whole thing a complete piece of garbage. The takeaway is never trust the Chinese CCP.

Corrupted Files
Everything worked fine the first 2 or 3 times I uploaded and accessed my files though the app and flash drive, but after a while I noticed my video and photo files were corrupted, with discolored grains and lagging. Either way don’t get the app or the flash drive.

i’m trying to download an old video from when i saw Sabrina Carpenter in 2022 but the app doesn’t allow me to. constant “error”. honestly i knew this was a bad idea when it came to flash drives. also i can barely watch the videos cuz they’re so laggy, WOULD BE NICE IF IT WERE UPDATED

I had downloaded all my photos onto LUV share and then when I check it the next day they all had gray lines running through the photos!!! And they won’t go away!!! Destroyed all my photos!!! I can’t even print them!! 5 years of photos destroyed in one day!

This worked great on my iPhone 11. But the external storage option is greyed out on my new iPhone 16. Looks like the company gave up – no updates in over 2 years?
Trash product
This drive and the software is awful. So many errors and dropped connections to the drive and copy errors galore! It’s truly frustrating: complete garbage. At least I can use it as a large Zip drive for other things but this product is 🤮
