Useless
No update at all? It is useless. When connected to the wifi bridge it only shows one camera. I have connected all 3 and only one is showing picture. You can’t pan&tilt. Zoom does not work also. Cannot find any info what is wrong with it.

Looks as though the app hasn’t been updated for two years. Which is fine when it all works okay but since the ios11 update nothing works. The app states unknown device. We’ve tried everything, we’ve rest the monitor, re paired the cameras, reloaded the app after deleting it but nothing works.
Luvion and the team need to get this sorted quickly!
It’s the most expensive video monitoring system on the market and when it irks it’s great but at the minute it’s broken and needs sorting quickly.

Doesn't work!
I bought the wifi connector and the stupid app doesn't work! Huge waste of money and major disappointment. No info online on how to resolve this.

Not a great app. When it actually works, it more or less does the job, but you need to buy the expensive bridge add-on, and the app will work for maybe a week then mysteriously stop working and need to be reset and set up again. This is, obviously, a pain.

Al principio de comprarlo funcionaba de manera inestable. No siempre se conectaba al movil y tiempo después dejó de funcionar. A priori era un excelente producto, pero la aplicación no se conecta a la cámara. Buena idea, mala ejecución.
The fixed the bug!!!! Yay!
The previous version had a bug where it would crash at 2000 frames (at 10fps it's 3min). I wrote to them - no response. I wrote to the retailer threatening to return camera and they just shrugged. I was about to return, when the developers released an update that fixes this bug.
So. The hardware (camera and monitor) is high quality. The App doesn't do it the justice - it merely does the job. It's still not bug free, but crashes rarely (around 15,000 frames on my old iPod). It doesn't have a pretty interface, nor does it have any background-running features (you have to keep it on all the time). For some reason the sound is off by default. I would have the sound setting regulated by the iOS's silence switch rather. Minor things like this here and there make it a long way off a 5-star app, but I would suggest you get the camera and wait for updates! ;-)

Tip On Connecting Supreme Connect Wifi Bridge (Add Camera) To iPad
If you have an iPad on iOS8 make sure you have it in PORTRAIT mode when navigating the app. Many of the options are only visible and operating in portrait. Also best to download a QR scanner for iPad to scan the code when 'adding camera'. After entering name, code and password for the camera, enter 'Advanced Settings’ in 'Edit Device’ and then ‘Wifi’. It will then scan for your local wifi. When found, select your wifi and then (and only then) can you enter your Wifi Passcode and allow the camera to join the network. Hey presto the camera will then appear on your iPad. and it works great. Luvion please make your instructions more clear.

Update
I was disappointed when this didn't work after the iOS update. However, after talking with Luvion and them working on updating the app, it finally works perfectly! I have no complaints. Clear picture and easy to control :)
Doesn't work! Don't buy the monitor
This app doesn't do anything it's supposed to do. Add device doesn't work. Thus the whole point of having the app is lost. Don't waste your money on the luvion supreme monitor. And on top of that luvion doesn't have customer support !!!!!

Doesn't work.
The app does not work. I spoke with my supplier and they read me an email from luvion that suggests they understand the problem and were trying to fix it. But that was weeks ago. Oddly the App Store version tab for this app notes a new release on November 20th but that is not the version that actually downloads when you get the app. Not sure what's up with that - luvion clearly is not handling the situation well. The result is that their touted ability to use the baby cam on both mobile devices and their own handset is not the reality. A serious waste of money. Sadly most people won't know until after they buy the monitor. Sad.

App doesnt work
Like others we have had difficulty connecting the camera as the app simply doesnt work. Poor customer service considering this is sold with wifi bridge as a working product and is a top of the line monitor sold at a premium price.
Can't add device
I have same issues where I can't add device, anyone had any luck?
Poor app
The app has not worked properly since I bought the (expensive!) product. It initially displayed a blank video feed but now, since the latest update, doesn't let me add a device at all. The company doesn't seem to be in any rush to fix it so I would seriously consider these issues before buying the product as it is making me consider returning it.

App does not work with IOS 8.1
QR SCAN & ADD device options do not work on this app, therefore you can not add the wifi bridge to your phone, making the wifi option obsolete. No indication of acknowledgement let alone resolution. Your better off getting a refund and buying a unit that does exactly the same job at half the price !!!

Useless
There is no way to add a device. Searching does nothing and the "Add" and "QR Code" buttons are not active. I hope this is a temporary glitch as a result of the "upgrade" a few days ago. Unfortunately I got the device after the upgrade so do not know what it was like before.
I have devices on iOS 7 and iOS 8 and have the same results on all.

'Add device' and 'QR scan’ function??
Having bought this product not realising it didn’t work on IOS8 I needed to rely on it’s supposed great range. I live in a Victorian house and it doesn’t work if the receiver and the camera are in different rooms!
The app was updated yesterday (3.11.14) to accommodate everyone using IOS 8 but the 'Add device' and 'QR scan’ function now no longer work. Hugely disappointing on every level and very expensive. It would be great if it worked but it doesn’t.

Working after latest update
So happy this update came out, well done everything works now. Can any more functionality be added though??
Doesn't work!
This works on my husband's phone but not on new iPhone 6 - screen just blank (as previous review have said). I guess we just need to wait for upgrade. Thank goodness I read these reviews or I would have been trying in vain to connect for days!
No longer working with IOS8
Fantastic app! We have been using it as a baby monitor and loved it - you can hear and see and move the camera; but since the IOS8 upgrade, the app no longer works. Disappointing and I hope that Luvion is working on a fix!
Does not work with iOS 8
Whilst the related product works well, I have discovered that there is a major bug which means that it does not work with iOS 8 (I have tested and it does work with the previous iOS version). You can setup and even make the camera move but the picture will be black. Luvion seem to be unaware of this problem as there is no support or acknowledgement of this problem.
