After having gone through the moronic pairing process (press 3x on this button, wait 5 seconds, press so many times short on the button again, wait another 30 seconds, press again… not kidding!!!) obviously (or what did you expect from a software prorgammer that invented that), the app jams upon further steps. 1/5 stars, is too much

В использовании 5 лет . 2 раза поломка не по моей вине. Сейчас камера работает, а приложение не показывает что она онлайн. На почту не отвечают.

Verschrikkelijke aankoop. Ik zocht een babyfoon monitor met twee camera’s ; dit is al een hoge aankoopprijs. Om twee camera’s op de monitor te kunnen aansluiten moet je ze verplicht eerst op de app aansluiten. Deze belachelijk slechte app werkt echter niet waardoor ik de camera’s niet kan aansluiten op de app maar dus ook niet op de monitor. Meer dan 300 euro in het water ; Luvion is een belachelijk product. Voor mij hoeft de app zelfs niet mocht het tenminste op de monitor werken, maar dat lukt niet zonder eerst de app te connecteren.

Verbinding steeds offline
Verbinding van de camera valt keer op keer weg. Het steeds opnieuw connectie moeten maken om dan de volgende avond opnieuw van 0 te beginnen is meer dan frustrerend.

Nie mogłem połączyć telefonu z kamerą. Poza tym Luvion Grand Elite to badziewie. Przy odległości kilku metrów ( ściana po drodze) pomiędzy odbiornikiem a kamerą brak jest już sygnału.

Zakupiłem model elektronicznej niani, która miała dać mi możliwość oglądania dziecka na telefonie, a tymczasem połączenie kamerki z telefonem graniczy z cudem. Jak juz Ci się uda, to potem po wyłączeniu aplikacji ponownie, kamerka już jest offline i nic nie można zrobić. Can’t even connect 2 cams, at my phone the app doens’t load the cams. Pure garbage!

Since the latest update the app doesn’t work anymore. Even after closing and reopening the app, it just freezes it does nothing. I have a iPhone 13pro and latest iOS version, please fix this asap because it’s unusable now!!
Waardeloos
In het hele begin werkte de app goed. Nu al meer dan een jaar niet, trekt op niks, werkt slechts af en toe. De monitor werkt ook niet in nieuwbouw dus we hebben een dure babyfoon met camera, maar geen manier om onze kindjes te kunnen zien of horen via de babyfoon.
Zeer ontevreden
Wij kochten deze babyfoon, omdat het net de optie had om via je telefoon je baby te kunnen zien. Maar dit werkt dus niet. De applicatie crasht of reageert niet als je het beeld live wil zien. Hierdoor kan ik mijn dochter dus niet live volgen als ik even niet in de kamer ben. Ik ben zeer ontevreden!!! Jammer dat 0 sterren niet bestaat!!

Luvion grand elite 3 connect plus
Worst experience of my life. When following the instructions and connecting to the so called Luvion-connectXXXXxXX network the wizard is stuck since it keeps saying warning connect to Luvion WiFi which at that point it is. Real rubbish. I will most definitely return this piece of low-tech
