Good but needs improvement
Please add an opportunity to save pages (like bookmarks). Check how AD did this - this is very convenient to save interesting ideas and brand for future!
All the magazines have the same pages
Every since COVID , luxe magazine have been publishing the same designs in all their magazines for instance Arizona and Colorado will have the same exact layout

Best Magazine in the World
I never get tired of looking the the pages of a Luxe Magazine issue . It’s so refreshing and comforting to see the beauty in homes that exist throughout the country. It inspires me to continue designing in my head the Dream home I will finally build someday in the near future. Thank you to all homeowners who allow us to enter and admire such a sacred sanctuary as ones Home, as well as all the people from Luxe Magazine it takes to put together such a beautiful collaboration on a regular basis.

The worst App
I receive the print edition. But the app tells me “not allowed to download this issue.” Tech services tells me to delete the app and reload. Possibly the worst app ever developed.
App Doesn’t Run on IOS 13
Tried to download the app several times and get an error that it needs to be updated. Hopefully soon as it will not run on IOS 13. If you have previous issues you paid fo, they are now gone!
App has stopped working
It says “an error has occurred, update app” but there is no update. Tried deleting and reinstalling but that doesn’t work.
App is constantly crashing
I have a paid subscription and cannot view latest issues, this is a constant problem. A subscription appears to be a waste of money.

It’s decent but extremely disappointing that I can’t see a 2 page spread. The app only shows one page at a time. Can’t be that hard to update either

You cannot read double page spread. And it crushes all the time.
Terrible App and Auto-Subscribes without Permission - Don't Subscribe
This company and app ought to do better. I subscribed to a print and online subscription a year ago, which I was excited about, but then only received one copy in the mail and was barely able to access the online content. The program does not display in landscape format. Then, the company had the gall to auto-renew my subscription.

Can't download issues
I purchased a one year subscription and have been able to only download one issues. The other issues that have been released since the purchase of my subscription won't even show up in the app. Have tried everything suggested in the f & a and nothing has worked. Sent multiple emails to support with no response. Paid for a full year and only received one issue. Waste of money and frustrating.

I am so disappointed in this app. I love the magazine but continually have problems downloading the issues I want. So frustrating!

Buggy app, no support
I paid for a year subscription. Some issues I paid for never showed up in the app, and then after an iPad restore, they all disappeared. The "restore issues" feature in the app doesn't work. Over the past 3 months, I've sent 7 messages to the company using the support email addresses and message feature on the Support tab in the app. They haven't responded to any of my messages or fixed the app. Don't waste your money or time.

The UI is awful and it won't let me insert the code from the print account.

Horrible app!
I tried to purchase the digital magazine yearly subscription but was never successful - no download whatsoever- then had worse luck by reaching an invalid support customer website. I was finally able to send an email to their customer support - am now waiting for a response. FYI - The latest magazine out is January 2016. If you have to wait until the current magazine is out, the app should tell you.
