Pretty poor

The same as the paid-for version - you can’t access anything of much use without making an in-app purchase.

The app content is pretty poor - lists the main places but with few photos and with text shamelessly and very crudely copied from Wikipedia. Chunks of text missing or with Wikipedia markup code lying around!

You’d do as well for free simply by looking up Luxembourg on TripAdviser (for its top things to see/do) and Wikipedia.
