Can’t just do a simple transfer of files from iPhone to drive, forces you to use this app and app will only transfer from photo album or do an entire back up. I just want to transfer from my phones file folder not pictures!
Not compatible with iOS 26.5
After installing iOS 26.5 Lucy’s pro no longer works on my phone. The app opens but it does not read the Flashdrive. I had to install on an older iPhone and it works fine with older iPhones not newer versions 👎👎

Quite simply, does not work. It will ONLY move a very limited number of pictures from iPhones, particularly when in batch mode. Tried it multiple times with identical results. Total junk!
最低限の動画保存はできる
最低限はできるが肝心の動画視聴機能があまり良くないです。具体的には、一般的な動画プレイヤーにある10秒飛ばし、10秒戻しがない。動画の再生時間の微調整ができない。といったところです。これに加え、フォルダごとに鍵をかけられない、新規デバイスに繋ぐとパスワードを設定しているのに中身が見えてしまう。これが改善されれば私的には星5つです。
Great App
App is easy to use. I haven’t had any issues with it My flash drive synchs up perfectly. And I get fast transfers between my phone and the drive. This is a great external storage device
Utter Disappointment
If this app was mentioned in the Amazon description of the flash drive there is no way in hell I would have bought their product. The app fails to recognize the flash drive half the time. The rest of the time it may or may not drop for no reason. The app itself is clunky at best and makes finding items to back up a real chore unless you’re backing up everything. I really hope this company gets their stuff together because that flash drive was a waste of money.

External drive not found
App is unusable. It allows you to select the photos to copy but then does not find the external flash drive.
Fake 256 USB
I purchased their 256 usb drive from Amazon during Amazon Black Friday and come to find out this is a scam company selling usbs that have been manipulate using modified firmware reporting the size as 256 but by me using software that fill out the entire drive it confirmed the true size of there usb drive which is fraudulent. Ugh!!!!!! I hate these types of people I will be filings a complaint with Amazon and attaching a screen print of the scanned details!

Do not buy!! Waste of money!!
Against my better judgment, I bought this. There is no development to this app. The App crashes when you try to execute any file saving if you can get your iPhone to recognize the drive. This app does nothing. Nervous it is a form of malware. So don’t waste your time with this App.

This app/device failed to do what I needed- a simple file transfer from one ipad to another.
Worse, I now feel like my personal documents exist on some random Chinese server somewhere.

Won’t work after a while. I’ve tried everything but after copying photos won’t show up after
App quit Working
I have used the 256GB flash drive for a few months. It worked fine until recently, it will no longer allow me to transfer files from my phone. I have emailed support with no response. I tried reinstalling the app. That doesn’t work either. I have approximately 128GB available but I cannot use it.

Wieso kann man bei einem Video nicht eine andere Tonspur einstellen wenn es mehrere hat?
Won’t upload anymore
This was working great until it wasn’t. The last few times I’ve tried to upload photos and video, it will go through the entire process and then leave a blank screen. Nothing uploads anymore and that’s a shame. I hope you have a secondary backup plan before you delete anything from your phone.
