Based on the provided information, the app itself is free to download and use. However, to use the service, you may need to be an existing LuxTrust customer or order an electronic identity, which might involve associated costs from LuxTrust.
The app is designed to be used on smartphones and tablets. For security reasons, LuxTrust does not accept rooted or jailbroken devices and cannot be held liable if such devices are used with the application.
