Disappointing
App starts off well with the promise to scan the model number barcode and you’re off to the races, except you’re dead in the water if your device isn’t Epic 3 or XWR-1200

Fantastic ease of use!
Working as the admin for a technology company I don’t do many installs but I love understanding what our technicians are doing in the field and what services we are offering our clients. The technicians rave about this apps ease of use so I decided to try it myself at home! Having a fairly basic network, the step by step instructions were a breeze to follow. Now I see why it is such a great resource for a busy technician!! For clients who have a network that needs more advanced tweaking the guys can bring in the laptop and further fine tune to whatever they need.
