Not worth it
I’m not convinced this service adds much value. I tested the GP consultation and they weren’t able to help with either my current concerns or past issues. That said, they can act as a useful bridge between my NHS GP and other connected services.

Used once. Went to get the prescription- only to find it has been cancelled at source.

The Ap needs work, very slow and takes a long time to log in and . Seems to be various bugs as this review is even not showing me the words I am typing so I am sure there are lots of misspelled words or missing spaces etc, the screen is literally blank apart from my name and the 2 stars I have given it. The doctors themselves are great but the Ap needs work

I won a free years sub to this service.
I have had nothing but problems from the start.
Couldn't sign up as it said the details I was entering was incorrect when it wasn't. So spent long time on phone trying to sort over several days.
Can't enter my personal details within the app it just gives me errors and the app crashes.
So can't fill in the basics to be able to use the service.
Basically just a gimmick to try and get people to buy their insurance.
Would be a good idea if the could actually get the dam app to work lol
