App issues
An app with a great goal and an amazing purpose but the only thang is way too many issue can’t log back in can’t verify my own email can’t sing in either trying to creat another account with my 2nd email either it’s just frustrating tho
Great support app terrible technology
The newer technology of this is aweful. It doesn’t even recognize your email. And when you try to have it send password it doesn’t even send to your email.
I’ve used this app in the past and the support is amazing. But it seems like their tech maybe doesn’t keep up or something because just trying to log in is aweful and I don’t have this experience with Amazon or anything else. Even if it’s forgetting a password all other sites are an easy fix. This one doesn’t even actually send an email. Even when I tried to see if I could get in under a new email when it had to verify me no email. So their technology updates don’t keep up very well and need to be fixed more.

Info was stolen
Not working for me to create an account
I found this app through an online site as it seemed like it could help me tremendously at the point I’ve reached lately but whenever I try to create an account it says error and cannot be done at this time. I would love to have the opportunity to give this a try as I face severe depression and anxiety with a panic disorder.

My account on her was hacked so my Personal info was breached
I would highly suggest not downloading this app. I received a noticed just recently that back in August of 2021 my account on this social app was compromised, hacked and my personal information breached/stolen. I know this is something that occurs quite often on social media but I’m advising that this is common with this app.

Lyf
The app is a good app. You can post on your experiences and i love it so much. You won't regret installing this app. It's the best app yet. I've been on Lyf for over a year now and i love it. I love it so much it's not even funny.
Lack of support
It’s really clear that this app is designed to show investors mere engagement despite the amount of bullying on it. I warn the moderators about it and I’m told “oh well!” Yea you can block people but that doesn’t do diddlysquat.
Password reset
I loved this app when I used it years before and now I can’t get an email to reset my password. I’d really love to use it but I can’t find an email to even help me get the password reset. Would really love to get some help to use this app again

Terrible
Don’t use this app if you are seeking help with mental help. People make hurtful comments which could easily trigger you. I am concerned this could negatively impact someone’s life or result in suicide.

This is hands down the best social media platform ever. It connects us all in the most profound way imaginable. Not only does it connect people with shared experiences but helps people to express themselves in a meaningful way without being judged. I honestly this LYF is going to be the breakthrough the world needs <3

Leaked Information from Lyf.app
I received a security report that at the end of September 2021, 226,978 account login credentials got leaked online from Lyf.app. Mine included. I think this should have been addressed and notifications sent out to those affected so that they could secure their passwords and change their details right away. If I didn’t find out through my security provider, this could have become worse for myself as hackers online could cause a lot of issues with this personal information. I am not happy at all about this…

Best for support
Probably the best app I’ve used as a place to express my emotions and feel supported by a community going through similar things as me. It’s hard having a mental illness and feeling alone, but I don’t with Lyf x

Australian Trash w/ Australian Attitudes
Horrible support community. Their users leave snide comments and remarks if they don’t like what you are trying to express. For example, I made grammatical errors, and their attitude-ish users came pounding at me, harassing me. You cannot control who subscribes, stays subscribed, or comments your material. It’s not that safe. It’s not that friendly. It’s not even a good support community at all unless you’re a kangaroo-humping idiot like their users seem to be.

Useless
This app is absolutely useless, I have been trying to sign up now for weeks and it won't let me. All I get met with is unauthorised what the f**K does that mean. Deleted.
Won’t open
Been using for a while and it really helps me to get thing off my chest and for other people to ask questions and gives advice which really helps me get through things. But now since the new update 3 or 4 days ago it won’t open so it’s been harder for me the past few days
