Rarely If Ever On Time
It’s as if the buses are allergic to being on time. Doesn’t matter what the app tells me, the buses will always be anywhere between 30-40 minutes late. I depend on the buses to get to and from work. It would actually be helpful if you could track where buses were in real time instead of getting estimated time of arrival’s that never show up. 😒

Just ok
I’ve been using this app for about 6 months now. It’s been pretty great so far. This am while trying to pull the funds from my virtual wallet for my sons ride it kept telling me to update the app. It was a vicious circle from there and wouldn’t update. I was finally able to trick it into letting me click on his ride amount but still shows I need to update the app. There’s no update available in the App Store tho. Hope this is a temporary issue and it starts working like it should again soon.

Update
Just today the app its asking me for an update, but when i click ok it takes me to the apple store and there is no update. The same message keeps popping up and eon let me use my passes, i had to pay the bus with ny card even tho i have a full pass in my digital wallet. Please fix this.
Stuck in update need hell
I am currently stuck in update needed hell. I open the app, it states that I need an update to version 2.9.3 I go to update and guess what!? NO update is needed. I uninstalled the app thinking that it was phone issue and reinstalled only to have the same problem. I hate this suck ssa app and I hate Lynx with the nasty rude drivers that treat the bus like their personal GTA vehicles. Fix this raggedy ish!!!

Please Read Before Buying Ticket
Extremely misleading UI. Accidentally bought a ticket and activated it. You only have five minutes to use the ticket and now I’m out 2 dollars on a ticket that I can’t even use.
Doesn’t work
This app is not helpful when it comes to finding bus stops. None of the results load when I’m trying to plan a trip.
Trouble downloading
For some odd reason the app will not download, I’ve tried inputting information, deleting and adding information but it will not download. I’ve never had this issue ever

Fix payment options
If I take a cab , train or plane I can use Apple Pay which is always connected to your credit card. Why did you take away this option???🤔
Trash app for a company that delivers trash service
This app is absolute trash. The one thing it did before was allow you to use Face ID. However, on Saturday they changed it over and you can no longer use Face ID and now have to enter all your credit card information. This is great, except for the fact that a majority of their users are visually impaired and or blind way to change it up on the weekend and know your clients. Wish I could give zero stars.

Can’t buy tickets anymore
Even the simple task of buying a ticket is an irritatingly long process, and that’s if it even works at all. Terrible app. I hope an alternate app comes along soon so I can actually get to work.

2nd day of work , purchased two passes none of them worked. No customer service, thanks for making me almost lose my job. Couldn’t get on the bus at all. Took the bit of money I had couldn’t even get on the SunRail.. annoyed as of right now still waiting for them to open.
Downgrade from the old system
You can’t buy an all-day pass in the app anymore. Only way to get one now is a paper ticket at the bus. All this does is let you load up an account with money to awkwardly scan a barcode of a ticket that expires in 5 minutes after purchasing. I get that this was done to ensure fares are paid, but it’s not easy to use.
You are much better off using contactless payment on the bus than this app. No risk of losing a ticket, and you can get an all-day pass if you ask.

Scam app
The app logged me out a day after i deposited money. And it won’t let me sign in at all? I called customer service they don’t answer. Just horrible
Do not use it
The people run this app hack and lock and cause greef to you and your bank making you possibly reorder new bank cards or creating another bank account total fraud to this app dont use your bank on it
Get rid of the timer
You have 5 minutes to use your pass once activated… 5 minutes… So if your bus is late,
you have to buy another pass. You have to activate it right when the bus arrives. If your app crashes while activating, you end up holding up the bus making everyone (including the driver) mad. Stupid.
