What's New in Lytec Mobile

Version 3.3 adds new features that are only accessible when using Lytec 2021. This application can still be used with Lytec 2019 and 2020, however many of the new features will appear disabled until you upgrade your Lytec product. 3.3 contains the following new features: - Linked Transaction Lines added to Superbill charge options - Option to pull Permanent Diagnosis to Superbill - E/M Timer added to Superbill - Eligibility Status indicator added to Home Page appointment list - Allow editing of Mobile Note on the Patient Card to send back to Lytec appointment

Not working after iOS update. Ridiculous!

No support

No longer works with new iOS update. There is a repeat pattern that Lytec will be months behind before fixing this simple update error. In the past, they have forced many users to upgrade Lytec to be able to continue to use the latest version of Lytec mobile. Ridiculous…

Doesnt work on iOS 9

Customer has 5 iPads. One of them was updated by the customer to ios 9.2 and the app no longer works. Crashes upon opening. Reloaded ios 9.2 on the ipad and same issue. Please fix soon as I cannont get iPads very easily on ios 8

Settings iPad 2015 app freezes

I want to try to make my intake more efficient but lytec 2015 freezes when I get into the settings on my 2 iPads and their apps so I v
Can set my own fee schedule. I have called McKesson, and can't find anyone who wants to listen. I have called multiple vendors and they all want to charge for something that is a problem of mckessons. Otherwise it seems to work as advertised. I would ld like to customize some intake questions, so I don't have to have paper, but since I can't get into settings I don't even know what I can do yet. (My wish list) I would like a pain scale on there main complaints, maybe even more.
