Have experienced multiple waves of all my photos being deleted
Developer is likely not willing to foot the bill to store your images in the cloud. If you generate any images they WILL be deleted shortly after and you’ll lose what you have paid for.

Lyvia is an AI image generator app, not cloud media storage. Currently, when the servers storage quotas are nearly full, the system automatically cleans up images older than 60 days. We are working on ways to provide permanent storage, but until then, if you like the images and want to keep them forever, please save them to your device.
Deletes generated photos and credits do not work on the website
I have had several instances of entire folders of generated artwork being deleted. Additionally if you try to use the website the pro subscription does not carry over.

Pro subscription is accessible on both app and web, but it's possible the system couldn't link your Apple account with your email (Apple's privacy stuff). Please contact at admin@cendra.co, so I can help with your account.
