App just doesn’t work
Looks cool, doesn’t work. Can’t change any settings for my mw09s, says it’s connected, just won’t allow me to change any settings. It worked for the first day, now it just doesn’t. People pay a premium for your products but you can’t even make a reliable app? Terrible. Can’t even switch ANC on and off, a heavily advertised feature is now unavailable to me. 350 dollar ear buds, ridiculous

Never connects
MD 65 will never connect to this all. No idea what the battery level is at etc.
Great app
The app works flawlessly with my MW09s. The Bluetooth management menu makes it super easy to connect to other devices, and I love the custom EQ!
App Doesn’t Work
$699 headphones and I cannot connect to this app to save my life. Ive done all the trouble shooting and nothing. I updated firmware thru the Neurable App and still can’t connect. I am able to connect to devices but not the app. What the heck Master & Dynamics.
Won’t connect MD40
My headset won’t connect. They are still very good headphones but I just want them to connect.
