Terrible Customer Service
I don’t have the time or energy to go into the list of things wrong. Suffice it to say the photos are not color accurate, they have no sample cards, and their suggestion is to buy one of everything to see what fits your needs. Better off ordering from amazon!

The phone app was odd—I put a couple ribbons in my cart several times before they stuck. Also, they couldn’t say how soon they would be able to ship it—wish they could say.
