If I could give it no stars I would. It makes you jump through absolute hoops to withdraw your money. I’ve had to share half my life and they’re still saying my documents can’t be verified (even though the same documents were verified previously and for some reason they’re making me upload them again?!). To be honest, with the amount of information they want I’m surprised they haven’t asked for my last smear results.

Terrible site to use
If you go positive they’ll ask you to contact customer service to withdraw, this will likely take 4 day for the to respond and another 3 day for your withdrawal to go through
5 stages of ID verification
Bonus was all well and good I had won 140 real money however the ID process has 5 different things on so it’s impossible to do. been waiting over a week for them to confirm an Apple Pay card so obviously gave up and fell into there trap and gambled it all couldn’t be bothered to wait a day for a response to get the same the next day
