Doesn’t Allow You To Create A Deck
I bought this App for $1.99 in order to manage my Marvel Champions Content, however it was not what I expected.
The App forces you to create an account on their website, first and foremost. This wouldn’t be a problem if not for the fact that you can’t use the “Create a Deck” option. There is an option in the app but every time you select the deck to add starting with the Hero, it takes you out of the app and forces you to click an “Allow” or “Deny” option in a web browser. There is no text explaining what you are allowing or denying. Once you select “Allow” it takes you back to the App, it just reloads the tab you were on previously and doesn’t move forward to begin creating a deck. Secondarily, the UI isn’t great as the list of heroes isn’t placed on the app in alphabetical order so you have to search for the hero you are looking for which is frustrating with the amount of heroes there are already are in the genre. Lastly, the counters tab only has the base game villains and is just a health tracker instead of a virtual counter to use during play for schemes threat, status effect manager, and villain/minion/hero health. You’re not saving any fiddly nature or table space with this.
The only positive is the ability to download/view older user created decks if you want to try them out on your own.
Definitely a very bad app based on all of the things mentioned above. Highly recommend avoiding this and looking for something else.

More functions please?
Firstly, this is not a post to complain about the app. I genuinely appreciate having it. I was just hoping that the creator could possibly add an “add character”function so that we as users can manually input the villains we wish to use in the “Counters” section. That way we can just click on that villain instead of using the existing villains and manipulating their health pools to match the villain we wish to face. this could work with the heroes as well. But otherwise thank you for making this app

Ok app but
I hate to say this is a good start for a two year-old app. But there’s no way to search the decks. It makes this app not worth anything.

El UX brilla por su ausencia. La idea es muy buena pero debería facilitar su uso. Aún no se como borrar un mazo. Tampoco están las imágenes de cartas que salieron hace ya muchos meses.
Doesn’t Build Decks
The interface and groundwork is here, but missing essential features. You can’t search for cards by name so you have to approximate a guess using filters. You also can’t tell the app what cards you do and don’t have in your collection so if you are new, it will spoil every card released. And crucially, you can’t build decks in the app itself. It links you to MarvelCDB, making the app superfluous at that point. It can’t even keep a basic campaign log. A simple notepad would solve this.
The ArkhamDB app is a good model to follow and I think 4 years is enough time to have implemented at least a few of these basic features. It doesn’t need to be fancy, but it does need some improvement. Will revise my review when the app has:
-> card collection filter
-> search feature
-> basic log for campaigns
-> the ability to build and save a deck WITHIN the app itself. The app is pointless without this feature.

Ok App, needs a lot of updating
I’ve just gotten into this game, coming from AHLCG. The app for Arkham horror is really well done with extensive work done to really allow you to personalize it to your collection. I was expecting the same from this one, but was disappointed. The app does not update decks created on the app, then tweaked on the Marveldb site. It also does not allow you to personalize the card collection to what you have, nor search out specific cards/heroes. I have to make the deck online in order to see it in the app as it’s actually easier that way. At which point I then ask myself, why have the app at all, since I’m just using the website in the end. Finally the counter while it would be useful, isn’t as it is not updated past Green Goblin Scenario, doesn’t let you track the scheme, nor does it change the image for the player to the hero they are using. Without updates the app is a disappointment.

Needs Edit/Filtering Options
Coming from the ArkhamCards app I was a bit disappointed with the limitations of these app. Needs features like editing so you only see cards of the collection you own and easier means to filter for cards.

Potential, but not there yet
I would love to find some use in this app, but currently, it serves very little purpose without being able to actually search for or sort through the various net decks. Right now you can only just scroll through ALL of them on the website. I get that the app is new and I’m sure will see some updates, but right now it’s just not very useful IMO compared to just opening the website in a Safari window.
I’d love to give this 5 stars later as well as pay for the No Ads to support the developer, but I’m going to need to see some progress first.

Is this intended? Decent app otherwise.
Benefits and requests
Great app. Perfect for deck building the game; and being able to keep the lists so I can remake the ones I take apart is awesome. I will say it need a little bit of work. If it could be how the website is would make if better and also not having to re sign in everything I launch the app would be nice.

Not well developed
No search feature. Cannot access my account, it keeps trying to redirect me but the accept and deny buttons are so small and close to each other I can’t hit the right one.

Missing card info
A good app however a lot of card images are missing from decks released over the last 6 months or so. As only the card abilities are described in the app, there’s no way to know other details to build decks with which makes the app pretty useless for anyone who wants to use current releases. Apart from this though pretty good.

Está bastante bien, aunque echo en falta un buscador en el apartado de los mazos y así filtrar por nombre, aspecto, héroe...

La aplicación es muy útil y aunque le pongo 5 estrellas y hago mi aportación, estaría bien que se ampliaran las funcionalidades. A la hora de buscar cartas para hacer mazos es muy útil que haya filtros por lo menos para ordenador las cartas alfabéticamente, poder dividir los aspectos por tipos de cartas o consultar los packs. En definitiva aumentar opciones de búsqueda y filtros. Gracias.

La app ya funciona correctamente con la última actualización. Estaría bien poder modificar los nombres de los mazos y los tags.
