Very inconvenient when trying to log in overseas and not using a Vodafone Fiji sim whilst abroad. Im unable to login because of this “security” feature. Please remove the need to have your sim on and have a seperate 2 factor authentication setup. To reiterate, I can’t access my account because i live in Australia and the app wont let me login, please fix this.

Device Authentication Problem
I’m not able to log in to my mpaisa app from the UK. Please advise.
Can not log in
Was excited to use the app but unfortunately straight after downloading I opened the app and it crashed same time, after that I reopened it input my Number and my M-PAiSA PIN and ticked the term and conditions checkbox ✅ and it was just loading and loading couldn’t sign in after it says something went wrong please check internet connection or call customer care, after 24hrs I tried it again and was still going through the same error ... really not sure what to do
