Untuk apa buka rekening lewat apps kalo ujung-ujungnya mesti ke kantor cabang?? Tidak efisien sama sekali, kalo tau gitu sekalian ke bank saja.

Pada saat transfer antar Bank atau ke Bank lain, PIN selalu eror! Namun saat dicoba untuk pembayaran QRIS dan transaksi lainnya, PIN no issue. Please FIX! Ini udah berbulan-bulan seperti ini dan menyulitkan untuk transfer. Pelayanan juga tidak flexible, buat surat referensi saja harus ke MMS pusat. Teller dan manager nya yang di Depok tidak ramah. Jujur kecewa, padahal “syariah.”
