No RTA and no update
Latest versions if iPad OS have broken the mic based RTA. Doesn’t look like this app is updated anymore which is unfortunate.
Update needed
Since I changed to the iPad Mini sixth generation with version 15.5 of iPadOS, unfortunately I have not been able to use the M7CL StageMix application, it remains in synchronization for a long time, connects for 1 minute at maximum and then falls back into synchronization. When will they have a solution to this problem?

Syncing the console to the tablet is taking over a minute, usually takes less than 10 seconds.
I used to be able to walk the whole theatre and mix. Now I can’t get 10 feet away without losing connection and requires constant syncing.
Used to be a great app, now it’s pretty useless.
M7cl is a discontinued console, but it would be great to still use this app to its fullest extent. Please address!

ipad pro not supported.
Freezes my M7 when trying to connect with an iPad pro. However, works just fine with an iPad air 2.
Connectivity issues: Set Ethernet Speed to 10mbit
I love this app. However it has been very slow to sync and often lost connection. We have a very fast WiFi (802.11AC) with new UniFi AP’s on our network so that wasn’t the issue. I’m using an iPad Pro. It’s always been a little slow to connect (sync) and would often drop the connection. Well this latest IOS (11.4) it was the worst it’s ever been. After seeing other reviews here saying to try setting the mixer to 10Mbit I did and so far all my issues are gone. Thank you so much to those that took the time to write that feedback and praise God I can use it now!

Doesn’t connect
This app is in serious need of updating to remove bugs and improve performance. Currently, not usable. Can’t connect.
iPad air2
Very nice job. Took a bit to figure it out but works great. At first it wouldn't sync wirelessly, I had to force the M7 to a 10Mb speed for Ethernet connection. I would love if the software would allow you to set the level for an FX in.

Good app but some flaws
There was an update letting you turn on and off phantom power and now that option is gone. It would be really handy to also be able to switch the inputs for each channel too from the app
Nice app
This app has been very helpful to me. I am still trying to figure out if I could adjust the rack EQs from it but overall it is nicely payed out.
Board freezes
This app is a great design and would be a five star review if it didn't freeze up our soundboard when we used it. Yamaha says that shouldn't and cannot happen, but it does. They haven't addressed it with firmware for the board, so the app is fairly useless. If we could reliably use it, it would be five stars and highly recommended.

Avoid this update
I have been using stagemix since it's initial release. With this update my soundboard software has crashed or shown an error every time.
I have reached out to Yamaha but haven't heard anything yet.

Great for band use
This is a great app to use as a musician. When we practice, our sound guy isn't present so this is nice to use because we don't have to always run to the soundboard. This is also great for adjusting you in-ears because you can fine tune everything that your sound tech may miss.
I'm giving this 4 stars because it would be nice to be able to set your mute groups. Currently, you can turn them on or off, but an option within the utility section for editing would be perfect!

Love this app, needs more features
Being the lead tech at my church, having the ability to walk on stage and check lines and mix from the floor vs the booth, this app is incredible to have.
Only features I wish it had were:
- 48v switch actually functions as a switch
- control over dynamics
- direct out access
If you really want to spoil us, the ability to monitor from the iOS device headphone jack would be great!

Would like to see dynamics added, and then some
It would be nice to have control over the dynamics section of the board, and to be able to have access to your preset library. Also, a mode in which the channel strip display were to be accessible from the tablet is also desirable.
