不知道一个出租车司机怎么那么大脾气，只对普通话客户这样吗？

有大陆各大打车软件来抄都抄不会，无论界面，排队机制，就像十年前产物，又不让其他人做，自己又做不好
Not a taxi app anymore?
During a rebrand, they took the word Taxi out of the app. Now it cannot be found by searching on the iPhone using the word Taxi. Maybe they don’t want to be a taxi company anymore. Now they have updated their app to send you push advertising every day. Push notifications should be for the taxi service but there is no way to turn off the ads without turning off all notifications. Very poor choices in design and business logic. On the up side, maybe less people will use it and we can get a taxi as normally there are no taxis available anyway and the system has no logic for queuing or optimization.

体验感太差
如果目标客户是游客，地图功能应该要有实时定位，司机问一个游客在哪里，试问游客又哪能知道自己在哪呢？不过支付宝和微信支付都可以用这点蛮好。

App renamed - hard to find
Apparently this app was renamed and now cannot be found via search on the iPhone by the words Taxi. Not that it was a great app to begin with as there are rarely taxis available anyway. Welcome to Macau!
体验非常糟糕
要不断靠运气打车，连个排队系统都做不到，一点点距离司机都不愿意来，而且存在大量司机素质差，投诉也没有用，经历过无数次垃圾司机了，都想方设法占小便宜。定位也不行，还要到处找标志告诉司机在哪。支付也很糟糕，为什么都2024年了还做不到打车软件上直接计算支付，这样也能少很多步骤和争执，真的很讨厌和司机交涉，那种不耐烦的态度真的太恶心了。还是回大陆享受高德打车和滴滴了。

显示有车可用，车辆类型、红蓝车都不设限，就是没人应答，别人都是挥手让他停的。无语了

抄大陸都抄不好，真的垃圾，車少還永遠叫不上，完全放在手機裡是佔空間的存在，誰用誰後悔，勤大家來澳門用巴士就夠了，這玩意兒就是個裝飾品

不知道开发出来做什么的，叫不到车设计还极其愚蠢。澳门打车真的是噩梦…
越改越烂
更新后完全看不到预定订单详情 看不到预约用车时间 想取消都不知道取消哪个
希望可以修复定位不准问题呀。
最后还是靠这个app叫到了车所以加一颗星吧。定位是真的不行，司机绕了好几圈最后打了电话才找到我们。哎😑…
体验一般
在晚上十点多打的车，显示周围是有车，但点了好几分钟才接单，不过司机路况还是挺熟，很快就到了。
差的一批，乘客体验差，司机也难受
