Worked fine until recently
Up until recently, this app was okay. The UI was a bit clunky and confusing and the server was down not infrequently, but other than that it was fine.
Recently, however, the app started requiring a new update for it to even open. That update will only download if your phone is on iOS 18, which my phone is incapable of downloading.
So I literally cannot look at my balance/transactions unless I either buy a new phone or switch banks.
Incredibly frustrating.

Can’t Access Online Banking from any phones or website
I think I must be the only person who ever has a hard time accessing my online banking. I mainly want to see how much money I have in the bank, but my daughter also needs me to send her money from Zelle. When I try to use the Zelle app it says I have to go through my banking app. But my banking app is saying that it fails & I can’t sign in or leave any feedback on the app. I think it could be bc I sometimes upgrade my phone to a newer phone. Everything else always transfers over except for my Mabrey Banking app. My wallet works this time though. I don’t remember how I got my app fixed last time but I have 2 phones. One is a work cell phone but it can no longer access my banking info, but now my actual personal phone can’t access my banking app anymore either. It makes it really inconvenient for me. I see the review is 4.9 & obviously I’m the only one ever having issues. I’m not going to lie though bc sometimes it gets on my nerves. Maybe I’ll delete the app & put it back on again & see if that works. Maybe it wants me to change my info & I’m guessing it’s only good for one cell phone & no other devices. I can’t even access it from the webpage. It automatically sends me back to the failing app.

Seems to be down a lot
Lately I can’t get the app to work it is always down. I know it’s the software because my other bank uses the same one and so they are both down at the same time. Just frustrating.

Trouble with Remote Deposit Checks
Having trouble with the new App recognizing the endorsement stamp on the back of the check. And every time I try to submit this review it tells me that that nickname is already taken.
