Can’t even create an account because the request times out.
Horrible bugs
This app is truly so bad. Just moved close to a Maceys and have tried to use the app to make an order multiple times. One time I was able to check out and my order was randomly canceled right after. And then I’ve tried to do a pickup order multiple times and when I click on “checkout” after filling up my cart it does not take me to the checkout page. It just glitches and takes me back to the home page. After a few times of trying it, it will delete my whole cart.

Where’s Pharmacy?
I cannot find Pharmacy access in the new app. I need to reorder meds and it seems it’s not part of the new app. Very disappointed.
Can’t accept new terms
On an iPhone, I try to tap the Accept button but nothing happens and I can’t do anything.

Would be nice if it worked
I noticed an ad for some groceries that expires “today” (the current day I’m writing). And it won’t let me add some of the coupons to my account. How sad, and I can’t find the coupons in any other search function.

I’m sick of Apps for groceries
What a terrible idea. The last thing I need is to manage an app while I’m trying to shop and handle kids. So what? You’re going to charge me for not using it? Being a part of “the club” isn’t enough anymore. With the app it also requires much more personal information. No thanks.
Didn’t save my registration info
Made an account for delivery and when I tried to log in it says I don’t have an account. Also, trying to order something for delivery for the app just takes you to a clunky website. This is the way apps used to work 12-13 years ago. Its 2023, this should be updated.

Looks decent. Can’t interact with it at all though. Kinda makes it useless. I’d give it zero stars but that’s not an option unfortunately
Trying to create an account
Trying to create an account but when I try to scroll down to the agreement toggle, it won’t let me stay down that far on the screen unless I try to pull it up with one hand and try to switch the toggle in order to agree to the terms but toggle won’t activate when I try it that way

Downloaded app and put in my information. It said checking, then froze at the updating account, showing the spinning sprocket.

The online shopping never works. I would love to use it if it did work.

I’m sick and wanted to do online shopping but the app won’t even let me select a location to do so. Disappointed.

Worst grocery app ever
I can’t even start my online order. I choose a store and click the Shop this Store button and it doesn’t do anything. I like Maceys but need to be able to order online and have it delivered. I guess I’ll stick with Harmons or Smiths- the two best grocery apps I’ve ever used.
Software app problems unresolved
Whenever I try to use the app, it either freezes or says ”loading” forever. I have tried to use it several times on different days but it never works correctly. It’s just an exercise in frustration!
