Machaxi Good Sports

The app is very convenient for booking sports slots. Great spot for badminton and other sports! Been coming here for over a year, and the place is clean and well maintained good infrastructure.

Great platform for both growth and play booking across multiple sports

Machaxi’s platform let’s us book sports like badminton, swimming, football etc with much ease. The app is quite simple to use providing every detail necessary to know our kid’s progress while making our payment journey seamless.

The Membership doesn’t make sense

The court booking per hour is around 300₹ per hour if it’s pay and play but If I go for membership the same per hour is coming to 400₹ plus. How is taking membership is helping here

One of the worst Coaching centres Machaxi DD Sports near Abbigere, I took break for travel and I had paused my plan, after coming back bloody these guys told it is adjusted to your leave, so there is value for plan pause, I just took 8 classes out of 32 classes, please do not go to this centre and. I proper coaching given

App doesn’t work at all

I installed the app and tried to login with my mobile number and the next page is just blank and no page to enter the otp. Please look into the issue. I did check for any updates to install but nothing worked.

Unfair payment policy, bad service resolution

I am truly upset with Machaxi program. I joined the swimming coaching and opted for 1 month. I joined on 6th May, paid for a month. The expectation is that: IFF I wish to continues, I should renew my prepaid coaching on the 6th of June.
But Machaxi has an unfair policy where they put a 200/- fine if you do not pay by the 5th of the month!

This is not right! It’s a prepaid service. Plus I joined on 6th, yet I AM FORCED to pay a fine if I choose to continue coaching. These policies are unethical. Explanation given makes no sense. If you become a student the. You are treated like you owe them everything!

Major problem is the customer service. I doubt they have any dedicated people to understand the problem. Only WhatsApp chat is allowed. Automated prompts are limited and unclear. When a person does respond, it is late and again we cannot have a dialogue. Have to lose track and restart all over again.

I requested many times to at least cancel my batch so I can choose another. Still no resolution.

Here’s the worst part of my experience, the coaches at my swimming pool are great, but because of this issue, customer retention will suffer, and those coaches will wonder why less ppl come back.

I hope this review is taken seriously and at least somebody works on fixing the business policy. At least cancel my subscription so I can resume with fair due payment if I wish to

I am tired of my failed attempts of logging it to the app. It doesn’t open and when it opens it is blank.

App does not work properly!

The app either simply does not open at all, crashes or asks me to log in without even sending an OTP or redirecting me to the page to enter the OTP. It prompts something went wrong after a solid two minutes.

You don’t have much functionalities. For example, you are allowed to pause the membership but not to resume it.

Worthless app

This app couldn’t be more worthless. For every single thing you need to contact the support. Apply for a leave, contact support. Date change, contact support. Make a payment, contact support. On top of it support is even greater headache. Doesnt seem capable of handling even the basic of things.

Downloaded app but app not working at all

Not working on IOS 18

After the update to IOS 18, this app stopped working. It prompts to enter mobile number for OTP, but next screen goes blank and there is no way to enter the OTP
