The is useless
It’s basically so ungodly useless it won’t let you write GM code ya know the most important part of learning Cnc mechanizing.
learning how to do Feeds and RPM
Here if your not knowing how
3.82X mill or drill speed divid by dia
there ya go that’s it unsure how anyone would struggle with that.

Great app for hobby machinist
I really like this app. I have a small home shop and have more trouble remembering my feeds & speeds these days. Since getting this app I don’t go into the shop without my phone. It’s a quick and easy check of my feeds and speeds as well as one location for my most often used reference info.
Cutting Speed Error
The ‘Turning’ section when in ‘metric’ mode shows the cutting speed as m/min but the instructions say it is in mm/minute. It only works for me if it is my/minute.
Review
Can no longer access the App without signing in with Google or Facebook.
Not what you need when you have no connection and need some info.

Forced account and email spamming
New update forces the collection of email address. And forces the user to agree with getting spam.
$5 and still ads
The app itself is amazing and it does everything I need it to. It is just really annoying having to pay $5 for an app with a permanent ad at the bottom, that's why it's 3 stars not 5.
Amazing
I got this app because I need a quicker way of working my speeds and feeds for machining and this app help me do them in seconds, so I was able to machine things faster and was able to make more in one hour. So I earn extra money every day. Defiantly worth it
Handy App… NICE
I really recommend this App for those of you who are in machining field.. I wish I had this App 5 years back when I started my… job
Beside its help in regular machining work, I learned a lot on the basics of machining from this App.. A simple but very useful tool

Looks nice, not much info though
To the Developer: I hate to slam any of these apps that try to educate Machinists, but please go back and review what information you have put into this app.
Although this app has some nice pictures and explains how to use each area, the fields you need to populate are cluttered on the screen due to the graphics. Most apps similar to this don't need to have explanations as they are self-explanatory. I do like how one answer leads into the next question.
The Machining Parameters section is vague. Take for instance the Stainless Steel Section. There are several types of Stainless Steels and the proper SFM can vary quite a bit depending upon material hardness as well as which coating and carbide substrate is used, thus the reason why other apps probably don't include this detail and mislead someone unless provided by a tool manufacturer promoting their own product. The Turning Feed section should have some correlation between Depth of Cut and type of Tool Nose Radius at the least. The Milling Feed section needs to take into consideration Diameter of Tool and the Depth of Cut and available Horsepower. I wouldn't try those feedrates on Stainless or Alloy Steels unless I had my hand on the Big Red Button.
The Tap Drill Sizes are based off of older Drill Charts. Beware as the percentage of threads these suggest can cause problems with tap breakage or sloppy gaging. I prefer it when you can calculate the Minor Diameter Hole Size by the percentage of thread you wish for the fit you are after.
Nice start, I'm sure to use it at times. But there are other apps that still are much more accurate, user friendly and not cluttered.

Really useful App… The best of its kind that o have ever seen. Very easy to use with very useful reference tables that usually I need them in the shop… I love having my phone as a tool at my work..
Feedback: It would be nice if you add more speed and rate data for other materials ..

Excellent Tool
I have downloaded several machining apps, but this one has the nicest graphic interface with step-by-step calculations.
Practical!
It is a very practical tool with a nice graphical user interface.
