Really clunky
This was a super painful process for something that should be simple. No way to change or update your PIN when it doesn’t recognise it - just refers you to library staff. Not appropriate for an app solution. Do not recommend.
Why there is limit
Only to borrow 6 eBooks per month - Mackay library app itself is very difficult to navigate feels like website (laptop) phone
