Doesn’t Work

Login doesn’t work, fetch password through email doesn’t work. This app is useless.

I just purchased access and it told me it doesn’t recognize my email address, all while I’m staring at my login info from the desktop version.

Ruined my friend’s life

This software is flawed and needs to be either fixed or removed. There is no reason why entering in the correct answer still results in an answer being wrong because of a common error like a comma placement or space. The margin for error in this software is incredibly high which makes writing in numbers and equations especially difficult and disadvantageous to the student and their experience in the class. This difference is sometimes what takes an A from a B, and it should not represent the student’s true ability. It is faulty and resulted in making a course significantly harder and more frustrating than it already was.
