saw something i liked on the app so I started a chat to see if could purchase it and advised i was new.
got a short answer of it sold out.
l didnt even care to let me know if i could preauthorize and that more would come in of they were sorry and ask if they could help me with anything else.
i even waited a bit to see if they had responded anything else.

The best Customer Service and selection ever!!
I have been shopping with another boutique for over a year when in December 2020 I found Macoma. They have an amazing team, each and everyone of them more than willing to help in anyway they can!!
Their selection is amazing and not only do they do live sales, but they have a fabulous website and app you can shop from. What I really like is that not everyone is a size small, and they show what the clothes look like in different body shapes. Seeing Rachel model the curvy sizes has given me self confidence to try new things, especially those out of my comfort zone.
Hands down a five star experience!!! I would give them a ten if I could!!! If you have not shopped with them yet, what are you waiting for ladies????❤️💜💕

Love the 1822 jeans. I am not a fan of jeans but I could sleep in these. I tried the Judy Blue but there is no comparison!!! Oh and a hand written note came with them you don’t find that often.

I could go broke shopping at this boutique, but it’s EXTREMELY hard to know what size to buy. There are no measurements, no size charts, and every top is obviously styled differently, so you may order a medium in one style and an XL in another style. They do not accept exchanges, so I have to pay to ship the wrong size back, and then I only receive a store credit, then I have to pay shipping AGAIN to re-order the new size, hoping that fits. All said & done it can get pretty spendy if you order the wrong size 😏
