MACS: IW is the companion app for injured workers whose recovery is coordinated through the MACS Enterprise platform. If you've been injured at work and a nurse case manager is helping coordinate your care, MACS: IW keeps you connected and informed through your recovery. YOUR VISIT SUMMARIES, REVIEWED BY YOUR NURSE After your medical appointments, clear summaries become available in the app — every one reviewed and approved by your case manager before you see it. MESSAGE YOUR CASE MANAGER Secure messaging keeps you in touch with your case manager between visits — ask questions, share updates, stay on the same page. YOUR MEDICATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS See your current medication list, maintained with your case manager, and keep track of upcoming appointments. YOU CONTROL RECORDING CONSENT If your case manager uses visit recording to prepare summaries, nothing is recorded without your documented consent — and you can withdraw consent at any time in the app. PRIVATE AND SECURE Your health information is protected with encryption, and the platform is built for HIPAA compliance with safeguards across its infrastructure. FOR ENROLLED USERS MACS: IW is available by invitation from your case manager — there is no public sign-up. If you received an invitation email, use it to set up your account and sign in.
