Old review: I believe this has been around since 2001 and it is the best source of tech nostalgia for Apple products, from the startup sounds to seeing how specs/prices changed. It’s my go-to for comparisons (if this app had a way to save devices that we used to own, and a way to compare to current devices or newest one would be a 10* feature in an already 5* app).

Favorites or My Models may be what you are looking for. You can mark devices with Favorites and with My Models, you can add details about your Apple collection, past and present! For device comparison, click the button with the arrows when you are viewing a device.

Un must have assurément pour tout ceux qui on besoin d’accéder rapidement au catalogue de produits apple depuis le début ! Dommage que la fonction my models plante sous iOS 26 !

Awesome app for tracking all Apple devices! People rate it only ONE star JUST because they didn’t update iPhone 17 till a month later, it’s a free app what do you expect. But ALL details on app for any Apple device, and fun trivia

This is a great app when researching current, and so many past devices!

Lovely, simple, native, and uses Apple design language. Gone are the days of looking up info across Wikipedia and other sites for the info you need regarding Apple devices.

Wonderful reference. Thanks. However, the new(ish) multi tab iPhone view is more awkward to use, as you can’t just scroll to find the full info you need.
One star lost as it’s slower to use. It’d be better if the new tabs were anchor links to that part of one big page. Or maybe swipe sideways to move between these annoying sections?
Best of both worlds then. This recent change has spoiled a great simple useful app.
Or put the section nav at the bottom (too), so I don’t have to scroll to the top again to try another tab.

This most informative guide shows all the specifications for Apple products (not just Macs) going back to the earliest years of Apple in 1976 to the present year. It’s both nostalgic and current. Highly recommended

I manage Apple products for my local school district. This app is a life saver. I can easily look up products and see so much useful information. If you are an Apple Admin, this is a must have tool.

Diese App ist unverzichtbar. Mit einer Sorgfalt, die ihresgleichen sucht, ist sie eine für mich extrem wichtige App: Wo hat man sonst noch eine so umfangreiche und übersichtliche Datenbank? Es ist interessant auch zu sehen, was früher bei State of the art war und wie schnell man sich weiterentwickelt hat - und die App wird auch weiterhin regelmäßig aktualisiert. Ein großes DANKESCHÖN an die Entwickler.

Ich kann diese App nur empfehlen. Trotzdem bestehen bei mir Wünsche. Ich freue mich über eine Bildergalerie für die Geräte. Im neuen Menüpunkt „Meine Modelle“ kann man noch weitere Details zu Gerätezustand (Akkukapazität, Zyklen, Bildschirm) und zum Enthaltenen RAM und Speicher. Außerdem könnte man bei z.B. einer Tastatur den Reiter mit dem Netzwerk entfernen.
