I can’t access the app anymore

I’ve been using this app for a while it definitely helps whenever I forget auto charges so I’m not shocked when I see less than what I thought I would have. The problem though, is now I cannot even get into the app. It keeps saying to check the connection, I use my data, nothing, I use the Wi-Fi at home or work nothing, at this point I’m at a loss as to why it is refusing to let me in. It’s been about a week and still nothing I do let’s me in! I’ll try deleting it and reinstalling it but this is a very recent problem that I have personally seen.
