I love the scooter, it is so amazing, The app just isn't connecting the my scooter, please help.

Do Not buy this scooter
I was very happy with this product a few years ago. Just recently I connected my scooter to the app and lost the startup setting. Now I have to push the scooter to start. I have emailed customer support and have heard nothing from them. I think MacWheel has gone out of business. Would recommend NOT to buy this product!!!!!

Why do you removed zero start
I had not used the app for the scooter in a while. So, the big surprise this morning was that you removed the zero start option in our menu. In addition, you still have the same picture in App Store, where you are showing that setting. THIS IS SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.
Aside from that, you do not have any telephone number for costumer service, don’t answer the emails, neither the website chat.

Zero Start Removed
Took away the zero start function! One of the big reasons I got this scooter! Give it back!

New addition removed zero start feature which was important to this commuter.
Have reached out to the developer but have heard nothing.

Would be great if you added the Zero start option back. One of the whole reasons why I bought this scooter.
App can’t connect to the scooter
Kind of worthless if the scooter cannot connect via Bluetooth
Needs work but does provide useful utilities
I love being able to configure the different settings of my scooter via the app, much better than doing that through the single button dashboard on the scooter itself. That being said, this app has potential to be really good but has a couple annoyances that get in the way.
Main issues:
1. I always have to totally disconnect my scooter (Macwheel max) then reconnect it by retyping the password. It never detects and auto connects with the app. This is probably the biggest issue for me as it makes using the app at all a bit of a chore.
2. The odometer function is totally off. After coming back from a 3 mile trip my odometer still read 0.7 miles.
Feature requests:
1. It would be awesome if the app could also give you a mileage/ range remaining estimate based on riding trends and battery life remaining.
2. I would love to see more raw data from the scooter such as motor and battery temp and battery voltage.
3. A dark mode for night time riding.
4. A way to customize the main dashboard, like pick what gauges you want to see displayed and even a landscape option to get more useable out of the phone display. That way we could see perhaps our speed, motor temp, batt percentage and voltage, and a compass for example.

There is no dark mode available, and there is also no option to keep the tail light on without the headlight being on :(
