Keep crashing unable to upload selfie & not able to complete registration

Interested in some extra work, tried to register several times for the 1st time but after completing the initial form and trying to submit its asking me for my artist ID (which I obviously don’t have).
Deleted the app and uploaded again and resubmitted the same information but can’t get further than the 1st page

Profile creation
Every time I go to sign up and create a profile I am able to fill in all of the sections however when I go to press the create profile button the app shuts down and won’t let me back on it.
My god
Tried to sign up and once you hit Register after spending ages typing it all in on their stupid system it just closes the app. Sod it then.
Doesn’t work !
No matter how many times I try to update my profile it doesn’t receive any changes and keep saying some error occurred that won’t let me add information !
Terrible legibility
This doesn’t follow even basic readability guidelines. Doesn’t conform to the standard Apple toolbox. Text can’t be resized & is often on low contrast backgrounds. Basically unusable for anyone without 2020 vision, rather ironically.
Can’t select appearance
Probably the most important category will crash the app when selecting anything from your appearance category. How do we fix?

I haven’t had the app long so I don’t really know how it works, however I can’t seem to change my appearance qualities within the app itself. I wanted to add my hair colour, eye colour etc but every time I try and save the preferences it kicks me out the app so I’m unable to do so. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.

Needs improvement
It has good information and allows for communication, but when clicking on things in the app it usually comes up blank or constantly loading, and even though my notifications are on I never receive any to my phone.
Broken
It’s an awful app. Half of the buttons/sections don’t respond, so you can’t put any info in. They’ve also shut the web version down so I can’t add any info to my profile now 😩
Photos are confusing
I would love to be able to change my profile picture but it doesn’t appear to be possible. It’s also not clear if the photos uploaded to the gallery are visible to the MadDog people or just to yourself.

Version 2.2.9 still crashes after opening
Unfortunately even the latest version update (2.2.9) still crashes every time after opening making it unusable on my iPhone X

Also if you change iPhone make sure you remove the app from the old iPhone as notifications were alerting that phone not the new one as I found out !
Functional until a couple of weeks ago
It no longer shows notifications. Please fix this as I have missed jobs because of this.
Been very good up till a week ago. I now cannot clear Message Notifications
I have been using the app for a year or two without any problems. However, just in the last week I find I cannot clear Message Notifications. Have deinstalled and reinstalled, turned my iPad off and on, all to no avail ?
Can’t get rid of notification badge
It says I have 1 unread message and no matter how many times I open the message it won’t remove the red 1 from the app icon. I even replied to the message but it’s still not marked as read.
