Doesn’t load times anymore
I used this app and found it very useful, but it no longer loads bus times. No matter which stop you pick it just says “error loading”. I purchased the ad free version and have a new iPhone 14 pro and it still does not work. I want my $3 back
Madison metro
This app use to work great. Hasn’t worked in some time and I’m extremely disappointed. Due to weather I rely on knowing when the bus is coming. Very sad we don’t have any support with our public transportation in Madison!!
Used to work great
I relied on this great little app for years, and then suddenly it doesn’t work. I’m standing by the sign, not knowing if I missed the bus or if it’s running a little late 😢
No longer useful
Used to be great and I depended on it but now you tap on a bus stop and you get “error updating”

Error updating bus information. Hasn’t worked for over a week into this month.
Stopped working.
I liked this app quite a bit being it was the most accurate with times for each bus stop. I am very sad it has stopped working for over a week now. If it works it is an amazing app with accurate times. However nothing is updating at all at the moment.

This app worked reasonably well until the pandemic. It doesn’t work any more.
Intermittently Useless
This app is intermittently useless, which basically makes it always useless as it’s completely undependable. Constantly shows “No buses nearby” when there are several.

No nearby buses
There is something wrong with the app since they updated it. Every single bus stop says no nearby buses which isn't true. I rely heavily on this app and now it doesn't even work.

"Unable to Update" all the time
OMG all I ever get with this app is "unable to update." If you're going to create an app to help people, please make something that works. So frustrating.
Disappearing bus stops
This app is ok. It's certainly the best option in Madison- but it only loads about half the time and the other half of the time I get an error message. My biggest complaint is that they removed a lot of stops (mostly the Livingston stops) when they were "under review" this summer. Since then announcements have been made that the stops will remain- but they haven't re-added them to the app yet! They literally took them off the app the same day the "under review" signs went up- but now it's been months since they decided to keep the stops. Get it together MAD next bus!

Bugs
I like this app a lot, but It frequently doesn't update stops. I have to constantly refresh for several minutes until it connects. They also have no way to report bugs like this so I guess my only option is to write about it in a review. I expect better from a paid app with adds...
Great app
Does what my old favorite app does, but 5 times faster.

$0.99 version has adds! Do not get this app. I feel cheated and want my money back. If I spend money on an app, I expect not to be asked to spend more money to get an ad free app. Horrible!
Daylight savings times
Good app except when daylight savings time is. The times are all off by an hour now.
