Great app for anyone who wants to learn about depression

I am so glad I downloaded this app. It is incredibly engaging and user-friendly. As a lay person, I had no trouble grasping the concepts. Most importantly, this app explains that depression is a treatable medical illness and that if you are concerned about yourself or someone you care about, there are many ways to seek treatment and feel better. The app has a resource page to help people seek treatment.

When you’re depressed, it can be hard to imagine feeling better. This app reminds people that they will get better, and there are many people you can reach out to help.
